TEDxITMU is not just another conference with a panel of delegates who'll put you to sleep with their long boring speeches delivered on a podium. Its a TEDx conference. A day for ideas. We have speakers, not delegates. We have talks, not speeches. And the podium would simply not be in the room!

This is a platform where thinkers, doers, creators, intellectuals, artists, entrepreneurs and scientists would come together and share their ideas. People who command request, rather than demand it. In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED has created a program called TEDx. TEDx is a program of local, self-organized events that bring people together to share a TED-like experience. Our event is call TEDxITMU, where
x=independently organized TED event. At our TEDx event, TEDTalks video and live speakers will combine to spark deep discussion and connection in a small group. The TED Conference provides general guidance for the TEDx program, but individual TEDx events, including ours, are 
self-organized.
